Regulations:
1. The practitioners are not allowed to use the phones during the retreat. (Please leave it with our officers)
2. Bring your own bowl, spoon and water bottle for personal use.
3. Bring your tent, sleeping bag, and personal belongings.
Food:
IBSC provides two meals daily for all practitioners, featuring healthy options in both non-vegetarian and vegetarian varieties.
Breakfast: 6.00 am
Lunch: 11.00 am
Accommodations:
For males: IBSC provides the outdoor tent site and outdoor toilets for all male practitioners.
For females: IBSC provides both outdoor and indoor tent sites, please choose only one option in the form.
