“Professional Techniques for Dhamma Communication and Buddhist Dissemination”

Phrakhrusamu Vachiravich Thitavangso, Dr., Director of the International Buddhist Studies College (IBSC), Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, graciously delivered a special lecture to monks participating in the 32nd Overseas Dhammaduta Bhikkhu Training Program. The lecture, entitled “Professional Techniques for Dhamma Communication and Buddhist Dissemination,” was held at the Theater Conference Room, Zone B, Somdet Phra Buddhajarn (Kiao Upaseno Mahathera) Building, MCU, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.


The lecture focused on enhancing knowledge and skills in Dhamma communication, systematic Buddhist teaching methods, and the effective application of modern media and technology for the propagation of Buddhism. The session aimed to equip Dhammaduta monks with practical approaches and professional communication strategies that can be effectively applied in their missionary work and Buddhist dissemination activities abroad, in accordance with the context of contemporary global society.


On this occasion, Phrakhrusamu Vachiravich Thitavangso, Dr., emphasized the importance of propagating Buddhism with wisdom, cultural understanding, and compassion, while also encouraging the development of personality, communication skills, and intercultural awareness among Dhammaduta monks. These qualities, he noted, are essential for fostering faith, mutual understanding, and accurate comprehension of Buddhist teachings among international communities in a sustainable manner.
